Dusevic & Garcha has filed the within proposed automobile product liability multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involves allegations that a defective fuel pump manufactured and supplied by the Defendant, DENSO, in certain Affected Class Vehicles of the Defendants, HONDA and TOYOTA, which can cause the vehicles to stall, lose engine power and/or shut down while in operation, exposing vehicle occupants to serious risk of bodily injury or harm.
