Dusevic & Garcha has filed the within proposed product liability multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involves allegations that certain model year 2020-2024 Porsche Taycan electric vehicles engineered, designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, marketed, distributed, supplied, leased and/or sold by the Defendants, DR. ING H.C.F. PORSCHE AG, and/or PORSCHE CARS CANADA, LTD., in Canada, including the Province of British Columbia, equipped with a defective lithium-ion battery which overheats when charged to full capacity causing the Affected Class Vehicles to suddenly lose complete motive power, short circuit and create a risk of fire, all of which poses a real, substantial and imminent danger of harm or injury to vehicle occupants, to people and property nearby and catastrophic damage to the Affected Class Vehicles themselves.
