Dusevic & Garcha has settled the within certified multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involved allegations that individuals who purchased and/or leased certain 2004 to 2017 Acura vehicles containing a defective hands-free link cellular phone system suffered a parasitic drain or draw on the vehicle’s battery and electrical system which resulted in a reduced value of the vehicle and endangered drivers by shutting down moving vehicles.
