Dusevic & Garcha has settled the within certified class proceeding which involved allegations that the Defendants failed to adequately safeguard, protect, store and/or maintain the personal and/or financial information of the Plaintiff and all British Columbia resident persons who were account holders of the Defendant, Yahoo, and whose personal and/or financial information was accessed, compromised and/or stolen from the Defendant, Yahoo, following breaches by unauthorized third parties.
