Dusevic & Garcha has filed the within proposed consumer product liability multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involves allegations that the sale and installation of carpets treated with toxic stain repellants designed, developed, tested, manufactured, marketed, distributed and/or sold by the Defendants, who failed to disclose the dangers of their stain repellants to carpet manufacturers and consumers, who suffered property damage arising from the emission dangers of their carpeting infused with toxic stain repellants.
