Dusevic & Garcha has filed the within proposed automotive defect multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involves allegations that certain model and model year Honda vehicles painted with a factory-applied metallic and/or pearlescent exterior paints, engineered, designed, developed, manufactured, assembled, tested, marketed, distributed, supplied, leased and/or sold by the Defendants, Honda Canada Inc., and Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC, in Canada, excluding Québec. In particular, the Affected Class Vehicles all suffer from a paint defect that causes the vehicles’ factory-applied metallic and/or pearlescent exterior paint to prematurely and inevitably fail, peel, delaminate, degrade, bubble, and/or flake.
