Dusevic & Garcha has filed the within proposed consumer product multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involves allegations that certain Defendant, FCA, vehicles with a defective 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine which develops excessive heat causing premature wear of component parts in the valvetrain so as to prevent oil in the engine from adequately lubricating the component parts, including the rocker arms, resulting in cylinder misfire, loss of power and total engine failure, all of which poses a serious risk of injury or harm to the driver and occupants of the vehicle.
