Dusevic & Garcha has assisted in settling the within certified multi-jurisdictional class proceeding which involved allegations that the Plaintiff and Affected Class Members who purchased or entered into a lease for one or more certain Honda vehicles during the period commencing January 1, 2000 to November 11, 2024, which were manufactured, assembled, marketed, distributed and/or sold by the Defendants, Honda and/or Honda Canada, contained defective airbags manufactured by the Defendant, Takata, which posed a risk of serious and/or fatal injury to vehicle occupants.
